           A MESSAGE FROM THE TAX OFFICE
           The 1st Quarter 2019 property taxes are payable February 1, 2019.  Interest will accrue back to February 1st on any first quarter payment received after 4:00 p.m. on Monday, February 11th.  The 10th falls on a Sunday, therefore, the grace is extended to the next business day of February 11th.

     KNIGHTS FIELD AD HOC COMMITTEE

The purpose of this committee is to advise the governing body on the best use of Knights’ Field to enrich the recreation opportunities and the quality of life for New Milford residents. We are seeking three at-large resident members to work with members of the Recreation Advisory Board and other borough departments. Please send letters of interest to the Mayor here.

100th ANNIVERSARY COMMITTEE

The purpose of this committee is to advise, plan, coordinate, support and execute events to take place in June 2022 to commemorate and recognize the borough’s centennial. We are seeking five at-large resident members to work with members of departments and committees of the borough. Please send letters of interest to the Mayor here.

HABC HCV SECTION 8 WAIT LIST TO OPEN - 1/14 - 1/18/19
The Housing Authority of Bergen County is pleased to announce the opening of the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program wait list. Beginning Monday, January 14, 2019 through Friday, January 18, 2019 the HABC will accept pre-applications. A random selection lottery will be conducted to select 350 applicants to be placed on the wait list. Persons applying must meet all income and eligibility requirements. You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older or be an emancipated minor to apply.  Click here for all information
