A MESSAGE FROM THE TAX OFFICE
 
The 3rd Quarter 2020 Estimated Tax Bills were mailed 6/25/2020. Property taxes are payable August 1, 2020.  Interest will accrue back to August 1st on any third quarter payment received after 4:00 p.m. on Monday, August 10th. If you have already paid your 3rd Quarter 2020 taxes, please disregard this message.
 
Please note:  Due to COVID-19, the building is closed to the public to pay taxes. Taxes can be paid by mail or online.
There is a drop box at the south entrance to Borough Hall for your convenience.

All Daytime Parking Rules and Street Sweeping Rules are in effect.  No parking is allowed during restricted times as per Borough Ordinance 7-3.6

OVERNIGHT STREET ENFORCEMENT
Overnight Street Parking Enforcement is suspended through Labor Day.
ATTENTION 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ANY RESTAURANT INTERESTED IN OFFERING OUTDOOR DINING PURSUANT TO EXECUTIVE ORDER 150     

In order to offer outdoor dining on a temporary basis, you must obtain a COVID-19 Temporary Outdoor Dining Permit and follow the guidelines outlined in the following documents:

New Milford Emergency Declaration Revised 6/8/20
Mid-Bergen Regional Guidelines for Outdoor Dining

No outdoor dining will be permitted prior to June 15th or prior to obtaining the proper permit.

COURT UPDATE
 
Due to the Covid 19 pandemic Municipal Court will now be conducted virtually/remotely to minimize exposure to COVID 19.  Accordingly, all complaints, defendants, attorneys, victims are to contact the municipal court via email at susan.armbruster@njcourts.gov. or at 201-967-5044 Ext. 5720 to provide your full name, email address, and cell phone number within seven days of a court notice.
 
Defendants may continue to make payments for parking, traffic and certain non traffic matters through the Municipal Courts
online payment system at NJMCDirect.com.

PROJECT MEDICINE DROP
