COVID-19 Notice - Until such time as the Board determines to conduct in-person proceedings as may be permitted by changes to the Emergency Orders of the Governor of the State of New Jersey, pursuant to N.J.A.C. 5:39-1.1 through 1.7 (Emergency Remote Meeting Protocol for Local Public Bodies, incorporated in its entirety), hearings and meetings will be held by electronic means. The link and instructions to the Zoom meetings are posted on this website. The public, by appointment only, may inspect all documents relating to any pending application in the Building Department located in the first floor of the Municpal Building during business hours. Please contact the Board Secretary directly to set up an appointment.
Work Sessions begin at 7:30 p.m. Public Sessions to follow after work session. There is a Work Session prior to all Public Sessions. Meetings are normally held at the Borough Hall, Council Chambers 930 River Road, New Milford, NJ 07646. unless otherwise specified.
