TAX BILLS
New 2019-2020 Final Tax Bills were mailed out the week of August 5th.  The grace period for 3rd quarter taxes, due August 1, has been extended to Friday, September 6, 2019. Interest will be charged back to August 1st for any third quarter payment received after 4:00 p.m. on Friday, September 6, 2019.

LOCAL COOLING CENTER
The New Milford Public Library will be used as a Cooling Center during normal business hours. Library hours are Mon. - Thurs. 10 am to 6 pm, Fri. 1-5 pm and Saturday 9 am - 1 pm. In the event of power outages and overflow, the borough courtroom and/or Senior Center may be used under supervision if necessary.

MOSQUITO CONTROL PUBLIC NOTICE
In compliance with Section 9.10 of the New Jersey Pesticide Control Code the Bergen County Dept. of Public Works -Mosquito Control Division, will be applying pesticides for the control and reduction of adult mosquito populations on an area-wide basis as needed throughout BERGEN COUNTY during the period from 4/30/19 - 10/31/19.
